Design briefs
Kent Architecture Centre manages the critical early stages of development by working closely with its clients to identify their requirements and to help prepare comprehensive project design briefs. We consult with council officers and key local stakeholders in this process. Briefs are always prepared following careful analysis of the site and its surroundings. As part of the process we often prepare a number of conceptual options.
The Centre also advises on the appointment of suitable design teams to take a project through to completion, including short-listing and competitive interviews. The Centre can also provide a consultant management service.
